"The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was fine. My only complaint was the broken towel rail in the bathroom. Not ideal to not be able to hang our towels and the pieces of the rail that were left on the door were dangerous. I didn't get the chance to advise of this when we checked out so I can only hope their cleaner's have brought it to management's attention."

"For budget accommodation it was quite adequate, roomy and clean. The lady at reception was very friendly, she supplied us with extra plates, cutlery etc. without prompting. If we stay in Toowoomba again, we would be happy to return here"

"Resonable stayover, older hotel to rest on your travel journey or sightsee in the region. Improvements occuring with added outdoor areas. Main St position great for shops and a transport spot nearby. Cold drinks. Menu for dining had extensive list of food choices, very tasty food and a plentiful amount for the very hungry. Staff helpful and obliging. Breakfast, light options included and appreciated. Basic clean small bedroom. Double storey. Steep stairs to top floor rooms. Clean fresh bathrooms in corridors for sharing."
