"There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. "Had a clean room and decent time finding our way in. Was somewhat tricky to find information about how to contact staff/when their hours were but we got along fine. No complaints about the room itself!"
