"I cannot say enough about our stay at Hand and Flower! The location was perfect (close to all modes of public transportation), the food was delicious (the inlcuded breakfast is the most generous we have ever experienced)… a comfy bed and updated amenities (charging stations, tea and coffee service, bathrobes)… this was our first visit to London and when we return we will be staying at The Hand and Flower!"

"0K room at a very good price in a good location. Helpful friendly staff. Room had everything I needed after flying into terminal 4 late evening. Would stay here again."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"The hotel was really lovely, and the hotel staff were really nice, and the breakfast was really nice, and the room was clean, but the only concern was that sometimes the pool was not well maintained, and also the air con was malfunctioning, and also I would advise looking for nearby activities if you are staying there"
"Really enjoyed our stay at the Tower Bridge Thistle hotel. It was a leisure stay where we met up with friends for a two night stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, spotlessly clean room and circulation areas. Really appreciated the ‘Zero’ toiletries being someone who has skin allergies to most body products.
Provision of USB sockets in the room would be an advantage.
Breakfast selection and service was really really good."
"Rating this as excellent for what it was being a inexpensive pod hotel. Great location in the heart if Soho. Functionally ideal for people who ude a hotel only for sleeping and other essential activities. I woukd have appreciated more soundproofing especially for opening and closing doors"
"We had a excellent night's stay in this hotel. Clean, quiet, modern and comfortable and an excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria station. Our room on the
9th floor even had a pretty impressive view. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice - something for everyone. We would most definitely use this hotel again."
"Park Plaza was good, nice rooms, great location. I wouldn't say it was worth what we paid. The check in was incredibly slow with the staff, we were waiting a long time. The room didn't have any nice touches like coffee, water or biscuits. And the spa/swimming pool needed to be booked in advance, and nothing said that was the case online, at booking, check in, or in the in-room information."
"I enjoyed my stay here!
The location couldn’t be better - the hotel entrance is literally next to Tower Hill Tube Station, and you’re just steps from the Tower of London and within walking distance of Tower Bridge.
The room is small, but very ergonomic and thoughtfully designed. The huge, comfy bed by the window, shower, vanity, and closet all fit perfectly into the space, so I had everything I needed without feeling cramped.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the hotel system went down and check-in was temporarily unavailable, but they were so patient and kind throughout the whole situation.
Breakfast at £20.50 was absolutely worth it - great variety, fresh berries and fruit, veggies, hot and cold options, and good coffee.
I also loved the iPad in the room. It made everything feel modern and convenient, from controlling the lights to setting the alarm.
I’d definitely stay here again!"
