Muy mal trato por parte de la recepción . Falta de respetto .Me han quedado sin calefacción en la habitación en puro invierno.No explican nada . De ningun lado no he visto gente tan orrible trabajando en una recepción en un hotel. El niño se ha puesto enfermo y les dava igual... Se fijan sólo en las ganancias y no tratan bien los clientes...

Habitación cuadruple (2 adultos 2 niños). La habitación estaba perfecta en cuanto a limpieza pero el espacio demasiado aprovechado y todo muy justo. La cama para los niños demasiado estrecha para los dos. Estuvimos solo dos noches y estuvo bien

Es un hotel muy acogedor. Esta súper cerca del centro histórico y otros lugares de interés turístico. El personal es muy atento y cercano. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy confortables.
