So disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in our room, which frankly should not be sold as such. The swimming pool closed at 1750 instead of the advertised 2000 hours so we could even have a swim. There were no cleaning materials for the kitchen and the cutlery was filthy. Enough morning / just awful.

Ä°lk gĂŒn maalesef termal ve normal suyun akmadıÄını gördĂŒm fakat ilgili ve gĂŒler yĂŒzlĂŒ görevliler kısa sĂŒrede sorunu çözdĂŒler. Havuzlar temizdi. Yemekleri iyiydi. Poor hotel, well away from the beaten track
Reservation confirmed by Expedia, and document confirmation provided, but Hotel had no record of my reservation. Spent over an hour with staff that were reluctant to help at first. Eventually they gave me a room on the 5th floor. Both elevators broken had to walk up 5 flights. No towels in the room and staff unable to understand. Original reservation was for 2 nights, but checked out after the first days fiasco with a charge of
