"Overall this hotel was clean and very congenially located. It’s been recently updated from what I can see. They only clean rooms every 5 days (I’m used to every 2) and only gave us 2 sets of towels. I had to ask 3 times for more towels. Evening staff is no where near as polite or helpful as the wonderful man on days. Would totally stay here again though"

"This is a delightfully unique property with outstandingly friendly, polite and attentive staff. It may be owned by a big chain, but it is as charming and gracious as any bed and breakfast inn. We feel we found the best accommodations in Juneau and right down the street (4-5 miles) from the only glacier park you can drive to. Our room (201) was spacious, clean, cozy and well appointed. I am a particularly fussy traveler but have to say I was so pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this property and our stay. Thank you all!!"
