This hotel is at Erfurt main train-station, the beautiful old city of Erfurt os a 15 mintes walk away. It is an economical "design-hotel" with freindly and efficient staff. The rooms are well laid out and clean. A 24-hours reception- and bar-service is a welcome service-feature.

Staff waiting to greet even though we arrived after 22.00. Quick service and lovely room. Only fault (not sure if Expedia or Hotel), but I did message the hotel twice through Expedia and never received a reply. Very hard to contact the hotel directly - pretty much impossible unless we rang.

It took over 40 min to process and receive my room card.There was no queue either,just indiffrence to the customer needs.I got finally to my room at quarter to 1 in the morning. The only good thing was close proximity to the train station. Literally 5min fast walk.

A Super 8 Motel German style. From the surface and pictures the property looks quite nice. Scratch the thin veneer and you’ll find worn rooms, deferred maintenance, a staff that does not enjoy their jobs, and a breakfast that is reminiscent of a school cafeteria. Most certainly, the worst property I’ve stayed at in Germany. The location however is decent.

Great hotel! Lovely, clean room with air conditioning. We’ve stayed here before several times and we will stay here again when we visit Erfurt. Very convenient location right by the train station, but the room was nice and quiet. Short walk to Erfurt’s town centre. We recommend this hotel.

Very busy hotel close to Erfurt station. Fairly basic room but the aircon and a decent shower were bliss on such hot days. Staff/reception all fine. Nothing fancy but a good place to stay in a convenient location in a lovely city.
