The room was clean and functional, only a coffee maker in room. We asked the reception and they gave us a kettle. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating, the gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant courteous and welcoming. The hotel was in a very good location.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Budapest and within easy distance of various attractions. Overall the condition of the hotel was great however there were a couple of minor issues within my room, hence the slightly lower rating in this area, namely a loose light switch upon entering the room and the shower head has a slight crack/hole in the casing. Staff were very attentive and made checking in and out a breeze.
