"The room I initially reserved had beds that were too soft for my spouse and they were hurting his back. The kind staff upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed that was firm and had a hot tub in the room for no additional charge. The hot tub was very helpful for his back. Really appreciated them working with us to make us both comfortable. "
