The Lodge Lake Chelan

"The lodge itself is lovely, very new and clean, making for a comfortable stay overall. However, the experience was slightly dampened by constant upsell attempts. I was repeatedly offered early check-in and late check-out for an additional $50. While offering optional add-ons is fine, being asked multiple times felt excessive and intrusive rather than welcoming. It’s a great property, but I hope management scales back on the repetitive fee pitches to let guests just enjoy their stay."

"Loved staying here. The inn sits right on the river, we saw birds and deer in the early morning. Complimentary breakfast, kind staff, always hot coffee, we loved the old charm of this warm inn and very much enjoyed our stay here!"

"Great hotel, pet friendly! Big enough rooms for the whole family. Located right by Safeway and the bus shuttle. We were able to park the day we arrived and either walk or shuttle to anywhere we wanted to go! We will definitely be back!!"

"I was beautiful. Nice having a hot tub right in front of the cabin The only thing that sucked was parking. It is a very steep driveway and no where to turn around."

"Room was lovely. Great bed - very comfortable. Huge shower. Lovely gas fire. Breakfast was poor. A strange offering left hanging in a plastic bag on a hook outside the door. Zero interaction with staff, but maybe some people want to be anonymous. Lovely countryside."
