They have the friendliest staff! We stayed with an 8-person family (kids 2-16) and got two rooms in the off season during renovations and STILL loved it. Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky.
