Engelstad Shakespeare Theatre

I stayed on the first floor and some drunk lady was kicking on her door and screaming at her husband the security had to escort her off the property after an hour had passed since I called security. Mind you this was all at 5am. There was also a man that stole my sisters ticket from the slot machine and he took half her money and said that because he explained the game to her he should get half her money. I'm very disappointed at the hotels lack of security the property does not feel family-friendly.

Rooms need little refrigerators. And fix the elevators.
