"We were originally booked at this hotel OYO 473 as advertised with amenities & parking, but upon arrival we were told that the room they're giving us don't have t.v. or wifi access! This was unacceptable as we already paid & they can't give refunds. I mentioned that this was false advertising. They suggested we move next door to their sister hotel OYO 195 Ranchhotel. I said if we can check first the room & upon seeing it we accepted. However, although OYO 195 had wifi, we had to keep logging/connecting every hour as it only provides free access for 1 hour. The signal was weak, hence the t.v. didn't work too! But worse was the toilet didn't flush! We were so tired to complain that we just made the most of it by sleeping. The bed was semi ok & pillows were too. Air conditioning was bearable. Next day as we were going out for the day, we reported that the flush wasn't working. We came back in the evening & no one even looked at it as the room was not cleaned. We endured this situation for 3 nights! Note that this is a casino hotel so you hear people walking up & down the corridor late at night & early morning. There was a swimming pool but is only accessible through a different entrance to the hotel in another building. We didn't use it as the weather was not good. Not booking either hotels 473 & 195 ever again. "

"Stayed 3 nights. No lifts, just stairs. Room given was too small but we were told it was the biggest room they had. Bed & pillows very uncomfortable. Hard on our backs. Air-conditioning was practically non existing. No daily cleaning while we were there. No water supply in the bathroom/toilet for a couple of hours on 2 occasions at nights. Staff/reception were friendly & helpful on our check-in & check-out. Location is good for eating in the surrounding area. Parking is only available for 1 car. "
