Tidy and spacious room

The apartment is clean. Various facilities are included, such as the kitchen, living room, laundry……. The car can be parked inside the hotel (charged) or at the opposite road. Check-in should be before 9 pm. Staff is helpful.

The apartment was great, but I think 2 things would help: 1) Air conditioning is needed on the top floor. It was excruciatingly hot, even at night. 2) The kitchen was not well stocked. It could have used a cutting board, a sharp knife and other utensils.

An der Haupststrasse gelgen, direkt neben dem Skilift, nicht schön aber praktisch. Das appartement ist SUPER ausgestattet udn sehr grosszügig, man hat wirklich viel Platz. es sind allerdings ein paar Zigarettenbrandflecken auf den Möbeln

Perfeito para quem vai esquiar!

Hotel sem luxo mas confortável. Além da suíte tem uma sala e uma pequena cozinha. Ó regime durante a temporada de esqui é o de meia pensão. E ele fica praticamente dentro do funicamp q leva até o alto da montanha. Muito cômodo para quem vai esquiar. Sentimos falta de uma sala de fitness. A comida é boa, servida à la carte, com três opções de entrada, prato principal, e sobremesa. Todos os dias as opções mudam.

Me han cobrado un sobrecargo

Tenia reservado un apartamento de 3 personas y resulta que estaba cogido solo para 2. En el recibo no especificaba nada solo que era para tres personas que como sería lo lógico tu compras el apartamento no el numero de personas que vais. Tuve que pagar un extra de la tercera persona. He reclamado al subcontrata pero me han dicho que ellos no se hacen cargo de nada ya que el alojamiento les ha rechazado. Me parece que por ambos lados están jugando mal.

Localisation tout prêt du Funicamp. Forfait demi-pension très intéressant. Déjeuner de style buffet avec tout ce qu'on peut penser avoir. Le repas du soir est plutôt a la carte avec service aux tables 3 services avec choix différents tous les soirs. Personnels impeccables.

Muy buena experiencia. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a 50 metros del funicular de Encamp. La atención del personal es también impecable, especialmente en el restaurante. La limpieza es muy buena y los departamentos son confortables. Lo único que observaría es el tamaño y comodidad de la cama.
