Why a hidden gem! We stayed at 4 different properties during our recent visit on KI and this one was by far the BEST! The others just don’t rate at all! Fantastic place to stay great location !

Best Stay in KI

This was one of the best accommodation stays we have ever had. We have travelled all over the world and this was the best stocked villa we have stayed in, the owners thought of everything. The owners were friendly and gave us some great ideas of things to do on the island and what to see. The view was great, lovely to walk down to the ocean and enjoy. Emu bay is in a great location staying on the Island. The owners supplied a Weber BBQ for us to cook our meal as requested. Overall this stay was a 10+++, we loved it, highly recommend. Thanks so much.

Great sunrises

Amazing place. The owners have thought about what we needed and provided them for use. Location wasn’t in town and that was absolutely brilliant for some good family times. Woke up every morning deliberately to watch the sunrise.

I only have good things to say about this property. Herb and Jeanette have done an outstanding job decorating and.appointing the apartment. The house is a short walk from the beach, in a stone quiet neighborhood. If you stay up late, you can watch the kangaroos trimming the lawn out your front room window. The apartment has everything you may want or need. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utinsils, even chopsticks! The bathroom amentities are top of the line as well. I highly recommend Serenity Holiday Accomodation, and personally will not stay anywhere else when I am at Kangaroo Island.

My wife and I spent 2 nights in this lovely accommodation and found it very satisfying. Our hosts, Herb and Jeanette, made us feel very welcome and gave us many good advises about the island. Kangaroo Island perfection

A lovely well appointed and well maintained house with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The hosts Herb and Janette were very friendly and accommodating people. They also went to some trouble to prepare information for us which was a big help in ensuring that we got to experience the best of Kangaroo Island.

Good base for travels

This was a great place to stay as we wanted to see as much of the island as possible while we were there. It was lovely and quiet, with modern facilities and a comfy bed. It is relatively close to Kingscote so convenient in terms of the supermarket and fuel. Our hosts were also really lovely and ready to help with information and tips.

Superb cottage and warm welcome from owners

An excellent cottage, well maintained and FULLY equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and informative. Beds were the most comfortable we have stayed in on our Australian tour.

Excellent place close to the beach

It's such a lovely and family friendly place with great ocean view and a lovely beach just down the road. We really felt right at home. The friendly hosts gave excellent recommendations on where to go. Everything here is just so nice. We love it!
