"Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping. The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink. "The property was clearly being renovated/retrofitted. Amongst other things, the elevator was not working, a distinct problem when your room is on the 4th floor. While my family really was not hard pressed by this, a tour bus of older customers checked in and I helped get some luggage upstairs for them. Also the hall doorways were missing door knobs (just a hole in the door). On a positive note the breakfast was hot and well supplied."

"Staying inside the inn wasn't good. I stayed in one of their cottages before and it was amazing. The in is run down rooms run down, needs plaster, furniture super old chipped , carpets worn dirty window at back boarded up. Only good thing was bed was comfortable and in was in a good location."
