"My wife and I really enjoyed the hospitality, the professionalism of the staff and everything was just perfect. We stayed at the Hong Kong Rosewood before and the one in Bangkok is just different, more cozy... It was my wife's birthday, and the team at Rosewood was very helpful and proactive in helping me to arrange surprise flowers for her in our room. The planning and coordination was very swift and responsive and execution was simply more than perfect! We also really enjoyed the room, and the breakfast was amazing. The location is very convenient as the hotel is connected directly to the BTS station. The selection for breakfast was ample and the quality was very high. Overall, every staff we encountered was super friendly, always smiling and doing their best. The MD, Ms. Sandra Watermann... was very hands on, we always see her around greeting guests and even helping out during breakfast! We would go back again..."
