From the moment we were met by a very pleasant and helpful Aksel at the front desk, to our beautiful room on the 8th floor, to the outstanding breakfast service, both food and staff, and the most delightful and caring housekeeping staff member throughout our week, we enjoyed the hotel and all of the staff immensely. "We really enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful connecting rooms – perfect for families or groups. The location was fantastic; we were able to walk everywhere, and it was super convenient to reach the train station or catch a bus.
Our only issue was with the showers. While the water pressure was excellent, the lack of a rubber seal on the bottom of the shower doors caused water to flood the bathroom floor each time we used it, which was quite a hassle.
That said, the rooms themselves were...
"This was a very nice hotel and the most spacious room with a kitchette. Love the black outs on the windows and the ability to fully open the windows for airflow. Best part is that the room had a small fan!!!"
