The lighted parking was great and I was able to park right in front of my room. There is a park nearby and also Route 66 museum, donuts across the street and a braums fresh grocery. Kristina, the property manager, was a great host!

I swear that this hotel is being ran by hotel guests. Please dont stay here its terrible. From when we pulled in and had to call for 10 minutes before the lady came from sleeping I guess in her "neices" room, to her jumping over the counter and then behind the plexiglass, ( she doesnt have a key), to no toilet paper in the room and can't get back a hold of anyone to get any. Also my friends rooms heat was broken it took hours and repeated calling to get a space heater. At one point after my nephew called she texted him, could she call him back later! Are you serious!! Dont stay here, youll definitely regret it. There is not one amenity not even coffee.

It’s clear they’re doing updates slowly here so I don’t want to be overly critical. The staff was friendly but hard to find. The bathroom was a bit rundown and dingy and the towels were older. Hopefully soon things will look nicer after they get the work done. The beds were very comfy

The staff was not present to where we had to go to the opposite side on the Executives plus. Our first room was not clean and still was in disarray from the prior visitors. They gave us a different room. Luckily, we found no bed bugs but please do check your beds! However, the floor was absolutely filthy! And the bed sheets weren’t even clean and had a pee stain on it, the shower curtains had dirt and ash smudges as well. Not the worst hotel I’ve been, but they could at least try harder to do better.

"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" I SAVED $15 AND HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ROOM#1-I reserved a king room, paid up-front 3 weeks before my stay. Did not get it. So the 1st room i was put in was a double. Had no water in the sink. So i went and told the lady she gave me t he room next to it. NO BETTER NOT ONE BIT, IT WAS DIRTY, DIRTY BLANKET. STAINED SHEETS TOWELS AND no fitted sheets, i stripped one of the beds to get the cleanest sheets. Both pillows stained one had dried blood. And yes i took pictures. It was disgustingly awful. I started to ask for a refund and go across the road. I was just too tired after driving for over 4 hrs, i will NEVER EVER STAY ANYWHERE, I THINK "TWEAKER TWITCH " WHEN I START TO CHECK IN.

Nobody in the front office. I had to make a call. No towels. No toilet paper. No remote. Puke in the sink and it was backed up. I had to brush my teeth and use the bathtub to rinse my mouth. 25 percent of the parking lot was frozen over/ flooded. Wall paper falling off walls. Toilet bowl was black.

Although I booked a room, when I arrived in my room, I was so utterly disgusted that I actually left and stayed in the hotel across the street. The room was clearly not cleaned, nor was the property maintained. No TP, Toilet was dirty and still had some poop stuck to the toilet, there was standing liquid(hopefully water? maybe urine?) on the floor of the bathroom. light fixture was dangling, smoke detector missing, stuff left on top of the dresser, blanket on the bed was ratty/holey. Pillowcase had yellow stain. Walls were dirty. HARD PASS. I tried to add photos, but the form didn't allow.

After a long day of travel with 3 Littles and 2 dogs, this was such a disappointing experience. Shouldn’t have even checked in. There were no other cars in the parking lot. Space was poorly lit, and trash scattered. Upon arrival to our room, the door was open. The room was dirty, and the entire property felt unsafe. We tried talking to the manager but they denied the room was unclean. More than anything we didn’t feel safe. They didn’t understand that so we left.

They had no rooms available as their cleaning lady did not come back to work after black friday. I would not recomend tjis place. Also anyone wanting to stay must pay in full upfront. Then they sent us across the street to another hotel that cost us double the price.

When we first arrived, it took a while for the lady to come from the back to talk to about checking in. Then I was told "We have no rooms available because we don't have a housekeeper. You can cancel your booking and go elsewhere." I asked her if she would go ahead and cancel it because it was an issue on their end and not mine. Suddenly, a housekeeper was magically hired and had a room clean and ready for us. However, everything was dusty. The shower curtain was ripped and moldy, The bed and frame looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the toilet was clogged, and the door to the room wouldn't latch properly unless we lifted up on the already loose handle. They had garbage in small pilles near the office. It was really disappointing. When I went to check out, the office was locked. I rang the doorbell a couple times, left and ate breakfast, came back, rang it again, went to finish up the visit with family, and came back to the office being unlocked with no one behind the desk. I rang the little bell on the counter way too many times, as well as made an attempt to call a number where I received zero help. It wasn't until my wife and child came in and we started talking that a man appeared from the back and said "You can just leave the card on the counter or even outside the door next time." There will not be a next time. I recommend spending more money and staying far away from this place.
