"Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather...

"Sauber. Ausstattung sehr gut. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück sehr schön angerichtet, aber wenn man selbst vom Fach ist, erkennt man schnell Defizite und auch eine unpassende Anordnung des Buffets. Es gleicht einem Staffellauf um alles zusammen zu bekommen. Wurst und Mopro-Artikel waren nicht gekühlt."

"We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...

"What a pleasant surprise! We booked this family run hotel last-minute and were blown away by the service and the amazing views of the mountains. The building is a bit dated due to being in business for over 100 years by the same family, but don’t let that turn you away. The bathrooms and bedding are modern, and everything about this hotel is charming. I highly recommend!"
