First hotel what was dissapointment

Although we had an additional paid night, we checked out one day before the initial departure day, and we were happy... The hotel should to repair - especially, but not only this - ‘the shower’ in the bathroom. Not normal, if the guest fly out from it, hit its head into the wall and spend the night at the emergency.

Andalusia Beach all inclusive- Eller Hell Hotel

Etter å ha lest andre gjester sin beskrivelse av dette hotellet hadde vi ikke veldig høye forventninger, men hvor ille kunne et fire stjerners hotell egentlig være??; tenkte vi. Utvendig ser hotell-koplekset storslått og flott ut, men det er kun en fasade. Vi fikk som bestilt rom med havutsikt i 10.etg. Det fikk vi innfridd, men det var vel kanskje det eneste! Rommet var slitt, møkkete tepper, manglet vann deler av oppholdet. Takplate datt ned pga vann som dryppet. Et heis- mareritt, to små heiser for et så stort hotell,var en stor prøvelse for tålmodigheten. Sur,nebbetet dame i resepsjonen som snakket til oss som vi var barn. Når det gjelder all-inclusive maten må vi si det er det værste vi har vært borti noen gang. Buffeen var stor, men innholdet var ikke mye fristende. Fyllt med gryter og grafs av forskjellig slag. Rett og slett uappetittelig. Dette gjorde at vi kun spiste en middag og en frokost under hele oppholdet. Resten ble kjøpt på minimarked eller restauranter utenfor hotellet. Man kunne bestille bord på tre andre a la carte restauranter på området, men da måtte man stå i kø fra kvart på ni om morgningen for å få bord, og køene var lange!! Bare det sier litt om maten!!! Det eneste vi benyttet oss av var den gratis drikken vi kunne få. Dette gjaldt kun bulgarske drikkevarer, men var helt greit bortsett fra til tider veldig lange køer i baren. Men hyggelige bartendere. Føler at hotell-komplekset er for stort, med ufaglært personalet som kan lite om service og hvordan man skal behandle gjestene. Alt blir for upersonlig og her trenger de opplæring i hotell-drift. De kaller seg Royal club, det var ikke mye royalt over dette, og de fire stjernene de skilter med burde heller vært på himmelen!!! Vi anbefaler ikke dette hotellet til noen! Selv ikke våre fiender...
