Always an amazing experience at Viajero Guatapé! Viajero Guatapé is one of my favorite places to stay — I’ve been here multiple times, and it’s always great to be back! The vibe is unbeatable, and it’s the perfect spot to meet travelers from all over the world. There’s a wonderful mix of people and a welcoming, social atmosphere that makes every visit special. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with incredible views of the lake. The food and drinks are excellent, and there’s always something happening — from fun group activities to relaxing moments by the water. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, or pontoon boats, and they even offer tours to downtown Guatapé and La Piedra. Everything about this place is perfect — great energy, amazing staff, and breathtaking views. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, have fun, and connect with others. 🌞🌊💫

Reservé una habitación doble deluxe en este hotel, específicamente porque las fotos en la plataforma mostraban un jacuzzi en el balcón, lo cual fue un factor determinante para mi elección. Al llegar, me di cuenta de que la habitación no tenía jacuzzi, a pesar de que las imágenes inducen claramente a pensar que sí lo tendría. Esto me llevó a contactar inmediatamente al hotel. El servicio al cliente fue decepcionante: aunque reconocieron que las fotos podían ser confusas, se limitaron a decir que en las especificaciones estaba indicado que solo ciertas habitaciones tienen jacuzzi. Esto resulta confuso y puede inducir a errores a los huéspedes, como ocurrió en mi caso. Además, no ofrecieron ninguna solución concreta ni compensación, dejando la impresión de una gestión poco profesional y sin interés en la satisfacción del cliente. Si bien la ubicación del hotel puede ser atractiva, esta experiencia deja mucho que desear. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes revisar muy bien las descripciones y no dejarse guiar únicamente por las fotos, ya que podrían llevarse una gran decepción. El hotel debería ser más transparente con sus imágenes y ofrecer un mejor servicio al cliente en situaciones como esta.
