The hotel was very clean and nice however the room cleaning every other day should be changed to every day. When you leave your room to go enjoy your day you don’t want to return to a dirty room with used towels , trash and an un- made bed. Other than that our stay was great. Staff was very friendly, nice and pleasant.

Loved the "brand new" feeling of this hotel!! The lobby was fun, bright and filled with family activities. The room was so cute and creative and the bed was AH-MAZING! I am super picky about pillows and blankets and these were some of the best I have ever slept on! The front desk staff were wonderful and the entire place was spotless. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here!

Tru looks like a new or recently built property. It’s clean, well maintained, and appears to be safe. It was well lit outside and ample parking for cars. The dog area outside looks well maintained. The staff was nice and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay! I’ve stayed at this hotel in other cities in Texas before and have never had any issues. The room was just as described, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I noticed this time was a slightly unusual outdoor like smell in the room. I’m not sure if the A/C filter may need to be changed or checked, but other than that, everything was great.The breakfast was delicious! The pancake machine was a little weird, but everything else was clean, fresh, and well stocked. The lobby was also very unique and eye catching I really liked the atmosphere. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Tru by Hilton because of its convenient location near the airport, which was perfect for accommodating our extremely late arrival and departure. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One moment that really stood out was when a staff member took time out of her breakfast routine to make chocolate milk for my toddler nephew. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture, and it made for a great start to his day! This was a great place for a quick overnight stay. We also really appreciated the mini market inside the hotel, which came in handy for late-night snacks after arriving so late. The outdoor pool and indoor pool table were added bonuses and provided great entertainment for my nephew during our stay. Overall, Tru by Hilton was convenient, quiet, comfortable, and welcoming—exactly what we needed for a quick stay near the airport.

This hotel was perfect! No need to bring body soap, shampoo, conditioner, nor body lotion, and this stuff is not your generic stuff that other hotels provide this is pretty good stuff in big bottles. Plenty of parking, rooms were very clean and staff was very nice when we checked in. Even the supervisor for house keeping was friendly so I’m thinking everyone at this hotel loves their job. Even though we were close to the airport, we maybe heard one airplane the whole time we were there. This hotel is a keeper if we do come back to El Paso and need a place to stay!

Everything was perfecto, except a loud noise in the restroom, coming from the fan/extractor. This was running all the time, with lights on or off, but extremely loud. We could hear it even with the dolor closed.
