Hotel has no beach, we had to drive to a public beach which was a better choice. Hotel wanted to sell me a day pass to another hotel. I didn’t use the pool and spa.

Our stay at the Wyndham Grand was a 4 star at best. It’s a good value for your buck. Our family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 4) had all the amenities needed. The kids pool was always cleaned and maintained, the pool areas and beach were well kept. Some of our service was slow at the buffet, the food overall was good, but don’t expect anything to amaze you. The hotel property’s AC went out for 2days/nights, the hotel did their best to accommodate for us. We also noticed little white envelopes for tips that were left in our room throughout the stay, considering that they wouldn’t maintain the room when dropping those envelopes off, made us a little uncomfortable. Overall the staff were friendly, and welcoming throughout the property.
