"It’s my most favorite Riad in all of Morocco! I doubt I’ll ever find a more wonderful team of people who go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay most enjoyable. Believe me when I say they helped me tremendously. I had a booking snag and they accommodated me without hesitation and helped coordinate my travel back to the airport at 3:30am. The Riad is more beautiful in person. Everything is clean. The customer service is the best. I’ll always return to Riad Joy when I travel to Fez/Fes....

"We loved the beauty of the Riad courtyard and our room. We also loved the rooftop terrace of the Riad. We had one of our dinners up on the rooftop and we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the view of the medina and city from there. Breakfast was so-so and definitely not even close to one of the best we had compared to most of the other places we stayed in Morocco. The dinners were also not very good compared to other guest houses and restaurants we ate at in Morocco so we wouldn't recommend...

"We arrived at 2100 after a long day and we were told the hotel had overbooked the room and receptionist didn't help us to arrange alternative accomodation which caused lots of stress as we found ourselves with nowhere to stay in an unsafe city so late at night. "Lovely Riad! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. You are offered a tray of mint tea and little snacks when you first arrive and when you come back after a long day in the Medina. Staff also helps you with suitcases to and from the nearest parking area. Great breakfast and they also have a bar. "

"We stayed 3 nights at Riad Layla. The 1st 2 nights were in the Sara room. It was a very nice room and was comfortable. The hot water worked well in the bathroom and there was a refrigerator which was nice. The only down side is that the room was a bit dark. Breakfasts were amazing as was the service. The last night, we were upgraded to a larger room with a staircase up to the bedroom. Again, the accommodations were beautiful, but we personally did not care for having the bedroom upstairs and...

"The staff was amazing. Made you feel at home and comfortable and safe. The tea was especially excellent and sublime in the lounge on the roof. Restaurants nearby had a variety of food including western style food and fast food along with traditional food. The hotel is also very close to the medina as well as significantly closer to the malls and cinema. Overall the experience was splendid and heartwarming."
