He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina. "The staff was amazing. Made you feel at home and comfortable and safe. The tea was especially excellent and sublime in the lounge on the roof. Restaurants nearby had a variety of food including western style food and fast food along with traditional food. The hotel is also very close to the medina as well as significantly closer to the malls and cinema. Overall the experience was splendid and heartwarming."
