Beautiful location with great playground for kids big and small, dog friendly. Upon arrival there were a couple minor cleaning issues; bin wasn’t empty and the spa jets had black stuff come out of them when they were first turned on.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Pro tip: if you're staying in a cabin in winter, make sure you pack your slippers/ugg boots. There's a good heater, but the floor was freezing! Only suggestion: Maybe the reception could get a coffee machine or even a Nespresso machine for an on-site non-instant coffee option.

The staff at check in were absolutely lovely and super friendly which was really nice. It was just a shame our cabin was not properly cleaned. Their cleaners/house keepers definitely need to lift their game. Past guests property left in drawers, crumbs in couch and hair, dust and dirt under all furniture. It was pretty disappointing considering we get changed a $50 cleaning fee for having our dog stay with us but the room wasn’t even cleaned properly in the first place. The area is lovely, river frontage is beautiful. We would stay here again. Let’s hope next time the cabins are much better maintained.

Cabin was clean with good amenities. Water supply was interrupted for at least an hour on the first morning (8.30 - at least 9.30) without warning. Staff did not know why and when it was going to be back on. Poor communication!

I booked a unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds, on arrival was told sorry not available, got 1 double bed and bunks. I especially requested double beds, the price did not concern me BUT I DID NOT WANT to sleep in a BUNK BED. I was not informed of this prior to my arrival even though I especially requested it.
