Loved the lobby great location a very generous breakfast
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Queen of Shiba Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the surroundings. The hotel's amenities, were top-notch and perfectly maintained. But what really made my stay special was the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the friendly and helpful concierge service, I felt like I was treated like royalty. If you're looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway in Eilat, look no further than the Queen of Shiba Hotel. I can't wait to return!"
Rooms were beautiful and views were great. I wish Expedia had provided options for the french balcony rooms. Bathrooms were clean and the cleaning services offered were well timed and regular throughout my visit. I would definitely return during another visit.
Hotel from the outside and the lobby are beautiful and very well maintained. We paid a lot of money for a Junior Suite and the condition was terrible. There were huge stains and giant burn marks and holes all over the carpet. It felt very dirty. The rooms are in desperate need of updating.

Its decent as a 3 star hotel but there are better
This hotel and listing advertise a lounge but they shut it down in early October 2023. Don't book the room with lounge and pay the extra fee; there is no refund for this and no upgrade or anything like that. Also, the gym closed in early October and is not scheduled to reopen any time soon.

Me and my wife had a very bad experience in this hotel. The hotel had parties all night and we did not get any sleep. I told the staff about 20 times and they just didn’t care. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Firstly we paid for a 3 people room upgrade.
We got to the hotel and there was only 1 double bed and towels for 2 people.
Came downstairs to ask to fix the room and add an additional bed (we paid for 3 ADULTS!!)
The Receptionist asked for the height of the 3rd guest. Very weird in a 5 stars hotel.
They added a tiny small “bed” in a corner of the livingroom, had to ask for additional towels again and in the end the bed was such a poor quality I had my back hurting for 2 days. Really poor service and horrific 3rd bed.
The hotel was empty and the room costed £350 per night: if you cannot make a 3rd bed don’t advertise for it!!!

Meant to be a 5 star hotel ... more like 3 stars!
Stayed here many times before but it was a Hilton Hotel then.
The Queen of Sheba is meant to be a 5 star hotel and an international hotel, yet most of the staff didnt speak english so getting your eggs cooked how you liked was a mission. The receptionist told me she couldnt give me details of another guest even though I didnt ask anything about another guest. It took two more tries and an intervention of another member of staff to get the help I needed.
When we arrive the room was not made up, no sheets or pillows for the couch bed or the extra put up beds for a family of 5. The mattress of the put up bed, when it eventually arrived, was in 2 halves which was uncomfortable to sleep on and we had to ask for it to be replaced.
When we rang for room service or reception or housekeeping to get help all we got was either ringing and ringing with no answer or when it was answered the person at the other end said "... dont speak anglise ..." and then put us back into a ringing queue. In the end we had to go down to reception to get the help we needed.
Whilst we were there, there was two fights in the pool. Really scary stuff for young children to witness. One involved a lifeguard and a guest punching each other and the other involved a fight between guests then the lifeguard, hotel security and then the police.
For the money being spent to stay in one of the top 5 star hotels in Eilat, it was disappointing and upsetting.
We expected more.
Huikea aamiainen ja erinomainen sijainti. Allasalue toimiva.
A beautiful position for a hotel and calls itself a 5 star hotel. Rooms and view lovely but staff service poor. Conceirge could not answer most basic questions. Service in indoor bar area miserable. Drinks on bar menu not available. Always had to ask for service.

I would think twice before booking again .
Location is great super convenient . Service is ok but no experience.
We took a larger room with jacuzzi and a big balcony .
But they never cleaned unless you told them to and every time took them forever to do it , they didn’t even clean the rooms only fixed the beds .
Hair on the floor bathrooms carpet not vacuumed, kitchen not clean with stains on the wall, coffee machine dirty ,bathroom sinks dirty cookies all over the tables they didn’t change the glasses that was dirty ,dust all over
Sofa that opens to a bed was broken and more…
Workers are nice but no experience in customer service.
For the price they are asking they should make much afford to make the guest feel good .
They listen but they don’t do anything to make it better .
The pool is nice and very good employees super clean
Breakfast is good and clean .
Friday dinner there was no place at the dinning area this was really a joke already . (They said they don’t have enough food ), the balcony was never cleaned and the jacuzzi was either cold or was empty of water they never fixed it for us we always had to call , so we never got really the chance to use it , so this was a waste of balcony .
This hotel can be amazing but they need to step up they’re game.
To get a room dirty every day is not acceptable.
Basically this whole vacation you had to complain to them. Felt super annoyed.
After the whole day you want to come to a clean room to relax this was not my experience
The Queen of Sheba is an incredible hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They were especially sensitive to our gluten free needs - each meal the head chef escorted me around the dining room showing me what was safe for me to eat. The Executive Lounge was especially nice and added so much to the trip. I would highly recommend this hotel!
