"I booked a 3 nights stay for a conference in Eilat. Had a really hard time with the management of the hotel as I asked to add another guest to the room. It somehow fell between the cracks and the management made no efforts at all to resolve this issue. I got a renovated room. It was convenient and nicely designed.
