"TV didn't work in the room, kept shutting down / turning off. Notified front desk after 1st night, said it was fixed. Didn't get back till late the 2nd night so didn't use. 3rd night, still was shutting down. Someone came up to look at it ... kept shutting down for them, like they didn't believe ..."

Chateau Lacombe Hotel
"Room clean. No clock radio. No instruction papers in room regarding breakfast times and place or other hotel things. No fan in bathroom. Hot water in tub is scalding hot if turned on full. Beware if you have kids...very dangerous for burns. Front desk attendant initially forgot to give instructions ..."
