Everything is great , its a little noisy but i was in the very front room.. the heating doesnt seem to go beyond the kitchenette.. the room was very cold and the blankets were thin. That's my only complaint

The facilities were a bit dated compared to other places we stayed, but all serviceable apart from the wobbly dining table. Good central location.

Good strong water pressure in the shower. Arrived at our room early afternoon to find a large group of people partying on one of the units large verendah before a wedding they returned to the verendah after the wedding and continued partying until after midnight. Could hear everything the people above us were doing including using the toilet as there was no floor insulation.Ended up putting the tv on for white noise to block out their conversations. Steps to upper floor were in front of our room,so people traipsing up and down the steps all night.

The property was spotless, decent size of room for couple, very comfortable bed clean linens of course, overall we enjoyed our stay in this place, kimberly in the reception is very nice and polite.

We love this motel. We’ve stayed here a number of times and it doesn’t disappoint. The location is unbearable and the rooms are spacious and well equipped.

This place is looking a bit tired. The bed was comfortable and the room quite spacious but everything needs updating. The curtains in particular were terrible. The place was not very full but we were placed in an upstairs unit right on the road which was quite noisy. This hotel is well positioned close to shops restaurants etc.

Our room had no hot water at all. It appeared the reception staff knew of the condition at check in time but failed to notify us on arrival. A room was provided for us to shower in. I understand that these things happen, but the fact we were failed to be notified at check in time was pretty poor service

Good stay. Unfortunately, rained when we visited but we still found plenty to do. Visited the whale watching museum and very good Information Centre. We also missed the whale or Bay trips which were not running when we visited. We tried to walk the Boardwalk but the signage across the channel was not clear. The motel was well positioned, clean and with all we required. The cleaning staff were helpful. We would stay again.

Hard to sleep as a water pump cuts in and out every 5 minutes or so. Woken at 7.45 when someone (maybe a cleaner) came bursting into the room while we were still in bed, unforgiveable!

This motel was very good, right in town overlooking the water. The rooms are very spacious but the bathrooms could do with a makeover. It was very clean.
