excellent food, spacious rooms, great location with free bus outside. the only downsidw was that the wifi didnt work, and staff seemed a bit unphaused.

Lovely large clean modern room would certainly recommend

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. A great restaurant downstairs and the best croissants for breakfast. And to top this all, walking distance from some beautiful hiking trails. A great destination!

Amazing setting in the old town. Lovely buffet breakfast. Good size room

Good value Walking distance to cafes and restaurants

Good rooms and great breakfast. Lounge space and bar for the evening was a nice addition.

Located in central Luxembourg, this 5* hotel was the perfect luxury base for a weekend visit. From the outside the hotel looks dated, but after checking in, you can enjoy newly refurbished facilities. The rooms were very large and had plush furnishings. The only down side at the hotel was that the spa/pool/gym facilities have not been brought up to scratch, they did feel dated and did not match the rest of the hotels facilities. Modern, chic and very comfortable hotel with amazingly fitted out rooms. Try to get a room with a view over the Old City - well worth the extra!

So kind

The Melia Luxembourg is new and squeaky clean and a good choice if you want to stay at a more high-end hotel and prefer to be outside the hustle and bustle of the touristic town center. My room, the "Melia Guestroom", had a view of the old city accross the gorge, was quite spacious and had a wonderful bed and a nice bathroom (and free nespresso). Clean room

MOTORCYCLE ROAD TRIP Parking available in an open courtyard near the main entrance which is out-of-site. Positives: Very comfortable bed, quiet location, excellent shower, big towels, free coffee machine in lobby, fantastic air con, superb breakfast, BBC News on TV and only a 15 minute walk over the Roman bridge into the old town. Negatives: no lift - but not really an issue. No bar or restaurant - but a Snack Hut across the road. Would I return - absolutely yes.

Perfect stay, everything we needed, conveniently situated for easy access to the city. Clean..great breakfast
