We did an overnight trip to St. Michael’s and stayed this Quality Inn. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was in great condition. The rooms were modern and recently updated according to a staff member. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again on my travels to Maryland.

Hotel is very run down but is in the process of renovation. Rooms are in need of paint and bathrooms need grout cleaning. Refrigerator only had 3 legs! No safety rail in shower. Door to bathroom very tight and fittiing is wrong. Dining area for breakfast was renovated and very nice.

Poor property design tho staff was as helpful as they could be. When i arrived for a 3 PM check in there was no room clean. When staff finally found one, it was on second floor with no elevator which is hard for us seniors. She kindly helped us up stairs w suitcase. Guests have to go outside to walk between lobby/dining and room, terrible in today’s rainy storm. Breakfast terrible. Few wall outlets, none near desk. Positive- location convenient. Shower and sink were great.

We were traveling with a large, heavy piece of medical equipment; staff were so helpful in unloading and reloading it from our car. We appreciated having a room convenient to parking. The breakfast was better than most. The room was quiet and comfortable.

We have seen the Quality Inn numerous times when we travel through and stay overnight in Easton. This particular night rates were extremely expensive at the other hotels in town we normally stay in. We decided to book with the Quality Inn because the rates were so much better. The property is older but very well maintained. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean. Again it’s an older property but clean. The beds were comfy, shower was clean and hot. The parking lot had plenty of lighting and security cameras. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The decor was dated and older but the facilities were clean. Exterior lawn and sidewalks were well manicured and attractive. The facility was well populated with guests and their behavior was quite acceptable. Unfortunately upon returning in the afternoon to my room on day 2 I found my door open and accessible. On Day 3 the adjoining room was not provided with towels. Otherwise all went well and the breakfast provided was delicious!
