She was incredibly amazing, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. As tourists, we were looking for the best local spots, and Valentina provided the most helpful information. From perfect restaurant recommendations to the best bars and local secrets, her knowledge of the location was spot on. The hotel itself is in a great spot for exploring Dublin, but it’s the high-quality service from staff like Valentina that would make me book here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!""

"The hotel was really beautiful, the decor is lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms weren’t huge but they were very well decorated and had everything we needed. The only slight issue was that the water in both the shower and the sink didn’t drain properly, so the shower was flooding and leaving water all over the floor. The hotel bar and coffee shop was great and everything is within walking distance of Temple Bar or easily accessible buses. Would definitely recommend!"
