"Was not greeted by a person at the check in desk, instead I was greeted by a screen with an agent in a call center somewhere to check in. Room was clean-ish. Refrigerator was broken. Phone in the room did not work. Shortly after arriving I got the standard “welcome…text us if you need anything” text message. Mentioned we needed some more towels. No response. Eventually we went down and saw someone’s else getting their own towels from a cabinet so we grabbed some too. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was conveniently located right off the freeway. I would not stay again when visiting the area."

"We've stayed here many times, being one of the first customers when they first opened. The location is 10 out of 10. The property itself is 9 out of 10. They need to do some upkeep inside. Our room was pretty good except - the bathroom shower needs attention. Needs new caulking and a thorough deep cleaning. The refrigerator in our room sounded like Darth Vadar ALL night. It took a bit to get the AC regulated, but we finally did. The most annoying thing was our room key - we had to get it replaced all 3 days we were there. They kept saying "you can't put it near electronics like your phone" - we didn't!! It was an easy fix, BUT they needed BOTH cards each time, it was just a hassle when you're trying to get into your room after a long day. We will return for sure, but this was our experience THIS visit."

The front desk individuals or employees are so friendly they make you feel like you’re at your own home. There’s not enough I can say about this property. "We stayed three nights at this hotel and unfortunately experienced multiple significant issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our original room was completely nonfunctional, requiring us to pack up and move rooms late at night. While we appreciated being relocated, the replacement suite also had air-conditioning problems. The bedroom unit did not cool adequately, and one of us ended up sleeping on the couch for part of the stay because the living area was noticeably cooler than the bedroom. Two days into our three-night stay, we were then asked to move rooms a second time because the suite we had been placed in had been reserved by another guest. After already dealing with a maintenance issue, a late-night room move, and inadequate air conditioning in the replacement room, being asked to pack and relocate again during such a short stay was frustrating and disruptive. What was most disappointing was the customer service surrounding the situation. Rather than focusing on an apology, reasonable resolution or compensation, the conversations with front desk management became centered on our need to vacate the room for the next guest who’d been promised a jacuzzi tub. The hotel was clean the pool was nice and the location was convenient, but the combination of the maintenance issues and the way the front desk treated us was unacceptable and embarrassing. We’re working with Best Western Corporate at this point."
