"Always a great stay!"

"I had booked a stay through for 2 queen beds. When I got to the hotel that evening, they informed me that there were no more 2 queen bedrooms left. The receptionist explained that sometimes booking through third-party, you run the risk of losing your original room booking. The room also had no hand soap and when we inquired about this, they told us that we had to use the body wash in the shower stall. 2 other different families in our group told us the same exact things happened to them as well, even booking through Marriott. I will not stay at this location again"

"Handy location next to the Mall with plenty of restaurant choices and shopping. Only issue was the AC was a little noisy when it first came on."

"Half of the lights and the outlets didn’t even work, especially the ones that were by the bed, the tv also did not work and the WiFi was horrible. Breakfast was dry and bland and the sausages were barely cooked, mind you we went as soon as they put out the food and it was cold. Staff ignored us and did nothing to make up for how bad our room was. Will not be staying again."

"The parking was fine & it had plenty of spaces to choose from. The staff were friendly & respectful. The room was nice & clean. The room wasn't too small or too big. The heater took a while to be turned on. The tv guide didn't have the name of the programs. I would have to check about every hour just to see if my favorite programs were on. It did take a while to turn on the television. You can be able to adjust the tv so you can turn on & off the tv. "
