"Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! "You feel like you're visiting a friend's summer house, relaxed and cozy. No frills, very chill. I was a little concerned of street noise being in the center of town but super quiet and all the other guests were well mannered. Loved the accessible "caffeine depot" as I had some jetlag."

"Room has a smell to it due to it being an old property, old rug and old beds. Old design. It is cheap compare to other nicer and renovated properties. Most properties around the area are old. Staff are helpful, always smiling and courteous. Their housekeeping only puts new towels and cleans trash, we had to tell the front desk daily that we want full service to make up the bed. Seems housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday, that could be why the room smells. Beach view doesn’t disappoint, beautiful...

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space.
