"We stayed 3 nights in Seaview Cottage. I'm going to be a little more picky with this review because this is a luxury property, not a budget property. I had high expectations of this property, and the views did not disappoint, but overall, this was not our most comfortable and easy stay. Pros: Quiet and private, excellent staff, stunningly beautiful grounds and views, appliances in cottage were all in working order, good WiFi. Cons: isolated (car is a must have), limited options for food on...

"Room neat and comfortable. Did not make contact with, 0r see, h/k staff. We booked some weeks ago, and noticed the website listed a restaurant, but on arrival found it was only opened at weekends. Had to go out for dinner (after a long days driving) and out for breakfast. Would probably find elsewhere to stay if we go back to our East Coast."

"We originally booked an ocean view tent but were asked if we would mind taking an upgrade in an ocean view villa as the owner was away and the tents were not prepared for guests. We were fine with either option. The villa was clean, private and well appointed. The view was stunning. We did not meet any staff so cannot comment. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook a meal. The only issue was the water conservancy. I understand tank water conservancy and have lived on tank water before, but...

"This was an amazing property! Everything was perfect from the room overlooking the beach and mountains to the amenities in the room like a telescope, binoculars, to a beautiful tea service. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious as was breakfast and service was top notch!"

"Parking was an issue when another room parked over the area 9 parking spot, therefore we had to park near our front door. The screen door was hard to close quietly. Thank you for a nice visit we loved yr beautiful spot."

"A shame that a property with so much potential was so poorly operated. The water was not even able to be consumed...in Tasmania!!! I would not recommend this property to stay or dine. Very very disappointing. Thankfully for us it was not our only destination and we look forward to a better experience elsewhere!!!!"
