"Easy to get to from Düsseldorf HBF takes five minutes if using the U75 or U77 underground train. Check-in was now self check-in rather than a person behind the desk, it was straight forward but time consuming. "I was not aware that there would be a double spiral staircase leading to the apartment I had booked. I figured there would be no elevator, but had expected a regular staircase. This is important information to have ahead of time esp. for older and handicapped people."
