Location seems quiet but only a 10 minute walk to Norf station and then direct to Dusseldorf or Cologne in 30 mins. Clean hotel and quiet too.

Fas Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Parkplätze gab es auch genug und es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage. Über Das Frühstück kann ich nichts berichten weil ich bei einem Freund gefrühstückt habe. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Fijn hotel, in de buurt is verder niet veel vertier. Zet je navigatie wel op huisnummer 8, anders kom je voor een afgesloten weg en wordt parkeren echt een drama.

Das Zimmer entspricht einer Hotelkategorie von 2 Sternen. Schmuddeliger Teppich, schmutzige Zimmer (vom Vorgänger waren noch Essensreste auf dem Boden). Im Bad funktionierte die Entlüftung nicht, immense Feuchtigkeitsschäden an den Fenstern, keine Klimaanlage, Zimmerzutrittskarte funktioniert mehrmals nicht, keine Utensilien im Bad. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen gut. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel ist dieses Objekt sehr weit entfernt.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel

Ich habe das erste mal in dem Hotel übernachtet weil das Gästezimmer der befreundete Familie, nicht zur Verfügung stand. Aus diesem Grund kann ich auch nichts über das Frühstück und dem Restaurant berichten. Ansonsten war ich sehr zu Frieden. Nettes Personal was auf die Wünsche eingeht. Ausreichende Parkplätze und der Preis ist fast unschlagbar. Das Zimmer war groß genug, das Bett sehr gut nur die Dusche etwas klein. Alles sehr sauber und über kleine Gebrauchspuren auf dem Teppich und an der Wand sehe ich hinweg, weil sie mich nicht stören. Insgesamt gefällt mir das Hotel sehr gut und wenn ich bei einem meiner nächsten Besuche in Neuss, wieder ein Hotel besuche werde ich es mit Sicherheit wieder buchen.

Habe schon bessere 4 Sterne Häuser von Mercure gesehen. Badezimmer Boden hatte irgendein Belag nach dem Putzen. Vom Vorgänger war noch Duschzeug im Bad. Sehr laut wegen den Türen beim Schließen und sehr hellhörige Räume/Wände!

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung und entspricht dem Preis. Leider gibt es in der dritten Etage kein WLAN, was bei einer Dienstreise ziemlich schlecht ist.
