We needed a one-night stay before an early flight. This property is not conveniently located for a quick departure. There was no quick transfer to the airport for us because we did not request it 48 hours in advance. There was no air conditioning (we checked in during a heat wave) and no elevator. The room appeared clean but the property is old and not located near any restaurants - the area felt residential. It is definitely a 3-star, and didn't suit the needs of our particular situation. We left within minutes of arriving.

Chose hotel because they advertise Hotel Shuttle. We arrived late and i had phoned hotel requesting shuttle and informed them of last arrival. They said no shuttle, would have to take taxi. Property is far from airport, it is on a dark residential street with no signage or lighting visible at night. Finally found it and it was all in darkness . Had to bang on door for a couple of minute. Rude unfriendly welcome. Room was run down,poor bed and furnishings. Was charged $120 for one night (12-8) for a terrible facility.

Não esperava uma moradia de casa de família. Tive dificuldades de achar o lugar porque não é um hotel. Atendimento não é muito agradável e amigável mais por de se livrar do problema cliente.

Das Zimmer war gut aber das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Obwohl ich 48 Stundem vor Ankunft den Shuttle Service sowohl telefonisch als auch per Email (über Expedia Webseite) gebucht hatze hiess bei Ankunft das ich es nicht getan hatte. Nach vorzeigen der Email wurde mir widerwillig der Shuttle zugesagt. Die Fahrerin des shuttles war extrem unhöflich.

Es wurde ein shattel zum Flughafen im Internet Angeboten , wir mussten uns ein Taxi nehmen ,also kein Shattel . Unfreundlicher Empfang, keine Minnibar ( wie angeboten ) zum Frühstück nur abgepackte Marmelade ,Butter ,Joghurt .Positiv war die nette Dame im Frühstücksservice und das saubere Zimmer . Quick visit to Dusselfdorf for the Médica conference. Cute little hotel conveniently located near the airport. It was an extra 10 euros for an ok breakfast.

Please be advised that there is no "shuttle/ride to the hotel" as stated in the amenities/features.I booked this hotel because of the convenience of being dropped off to the airport. I also before arriving and upon booking messaged the hotel introducing myself and giving them my arrival and departure info.I stayed one night. At check out I asked about the airport drop off and they looked clueless and said they can call me a taxi instead. I told them I messaged them but didn't seem to care.

Nice hotel in a residential area

The staff were very helpful in assisting us with directions to public transport, which was very close. Within walking distance. Breakfast was ample and a good variety. Wifi access was a concern, and only seemed to work well very late at night or very early in the morning. The room was very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Villa Casa Hotel is very hard to find.

Even w/ a Nav System in a rental car the Hotel is hard to find. Some may find it "discrete" but to me it was virtually invisible. There was no airport pickup, contrary to what I believed from the hotel blurb. The room was tiny, the bed was small, the price of 160 Euros + 10 for breakfast and 8 for parking seemed high to me, but maybe that's just the market. I definitely will not stay there again if I need to stay a night in Dusseldorf I'll try something else.

Nous sommes venu une nuit afin de prendre l avion le lendemain. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais l'accueil fut tout de même très chaleureux ! Le matin, le petit déjeuner était très très bon ! Petits plus ; - navette gratuite pour l aeroport !! - nécessaires de toilette dans la chambre. Nous reviendrons ici si nous devons encore nous rendre sur Dusseldorf !

Kleines Hotel mit familiärem Touch

Familiär und sehr freundlich geführtes, kleines Hotel. Auf der Strasse vor dem Haus gibt es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten oder man parkt gegen Gebühr im Hof. Frühstück und bei Bedarf ein Flughafenshuttle werden werden nach individuellen Zeitwünschen angeboten. Für meinen persönlichen Bedarf waren die Matratzen und Kissen zu weich, aber das ist ja ein subjektives Empfinden, und der 36 cm Röhrenfernseher dürfte mal durch ein aktuelleres Modell ersetzt werden. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist hörbar aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Den nächsten Düsseldorf-Aufenthalt werden wir wieder hier verbringen.

Kostenloser Flughafentransfer kostet 15€

Also wir waren froh eine relativ günstige bleibe zu finden da wir 10 stunden auf den nächaten flug warten mussten. Jedoch wenn man die hin und retur fahrt rechnet (taxi) mit jeweils 15 euro (ohne trinkgeld) dann kam man die nacht auch auf 100€ und da hätte man ein hochwertigeres und näher am hotel gelegene hotel auch nehmen können was nachträglich etwas ärgerlich ist da bei dem Angebot 1 übernachtung im doppelbett mit kostenlosen Flughafentransfer und wlan angeboten war! Nachts war es noch sehr lang sehr laut im Hotel, hörte sich aber an als käme es vom personal und nicht von den gästen. Mein freund hat sein handy irgendwo verloren war sich jedoch sehr sicher das er es im hotel liegen gelassen hat. Bei nachfrage im Hotel (telefonisch) war das eine Katastrophe zuerst wurden wir auf später vertröstet und danach war es ein hinterher telefonieren und ein betteln das er doch bitte unter dem bett und neben dem bett nochmal nachsähe. Tja Handy wurde leider nicht mehr gefunden was eigentlich mit dem ersten Anruf schon klar war.
