Very nice hotel with parking in the heart of the city. The two gentlemen at the reception and kitchen were kind and helpful. The room was large and had a balcony. The lift is small, and people on wheelchair can't access the rooms because of the stairs. Overall, it is a good place for the money paid.

The hotel has an absolutely unbelievable breakfast! We totally enjoyed the variety of food, different cream cheeses and jams, and a winner of all - German bread of various kinds. My husband and I especially appreciated smoked salmon and white smoked fish for breakfast. It's too bad we only had a 1-night stay due to our itinerary plans.

Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel, mit Parkmöglichkeiten im Innenhof (nach Möglichkeit vorher reservieren), ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, was keine Wünsche übrig lässt. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt und per U-Bahn, welche gleich um die Ecke fährt, ist man in 20 Minuten an der Messe bzw. an der Merkur-Arena.

Alles war wunderbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Betten bequem. Das Frühstück ist bombastisch und das beste das ich in einem deutschen Hotel bis jetzt hatte. Der Service war super nett.
