Der Empfang war freundlich, die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück ebenfalls, aber aufgrund der großen Anzahl der Gäste teilweise etwas überfordert. Das Frühstück selbst ist überschaubar, aber gut mit guten Kaffee. Am zweiten Tag mussten wir die Mitarbeiter aufmerksam machen, dass es keine Brötchen und keinen Käse mehr gab. Bei der wenigen Auswahl sollte so etwas den Mitarbeitern selbst auffallen. Es gab 2 Sorten Brötchen, nicht wie beschrieben mehrere, auch fehlten das beschriebene Laugengebäck. Zur Zeit unseres Besuchs war das Hotel voll belegt mit Arbeitern des Messe-Baus. Die Handwerker waren extrem laut, standen mit sehr vielen Männern abends vor der Tür mit Bierflaschen und Zigaretten. Man musste mitten hindurch um in das (um 21 Uhr abgeschlossene!) Hotel zu gelangen. In der Tiefgarage standen ebenfalls mehrere Männer rauchend und trinkend!! Als Frau sehr beängstigend, dort abends entlang zu müssen! Die Tiefgarage wurde von den Herren gleichzeitig als Müllablage genutzt, was leider während unseres Aufenthalts von 2 Nächten nicht gereinigt wurde. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Treppenhaus. Mehrere Gäste sind nachts um 4 Uhr mehrfach (zum Rauchen?) runter, mit laut knallender Tür, hoch … runter… An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Wir würden das Hotel nochmal wählen, wenn man vorher klar kommunizieren würde, wann Messebau-Arbeiter das komplette Hotel belegen.

Wir haben ein schönes Zimmer gehabt, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war incl, und es war gut. Das allerbeste allerdings ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, ich möchte hier Liliana erwähnen. Der Check in war etwas herausfordernd, da eine Gruppe offenbar Betrunkener Kegelfreunde über das ganze Haus verteilt war. Uns wurde hier sehr weitergeholfen, so das unser Aufenthalt schlussendlich sehr schön war. Danke.
