Good, clean, cheap and with free parking in a good location. Staff were kind. Only complaint was that electric car charging did not work but would recommend this for family travellers visiting Düsseldorf on a budget.

Check in was tough, as we arrived around 22.00 and the reception was closed. You are meant to use a code to check in, but we never received this. We called the emergency contact number and they helped us right away. The room was lovely and clean. It faced the train tracks, but we couldn't hear anything. Great location and easy to get around the city. We did ask for an extra duvet/blanket, but it took about 7 hours to get it (first request was made in person at 9am). We asked the receptionist 3 times and ended up getting it when we coincidentally heard the housekeeping team in the hallway. They had not been made aware of the request, but they were very helpful and brought one right away.

Unfriendly staff

I would not recommend staying there. I have stayed at B&B Hotels in the past and never had any problems. The staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. I have never felt so unwelcomed at a hotel.

If you know what is good for you, avoid this place. Price and location are good, yes. But check-in is horrible. Took us more than two hours after what turned out to be mistakes on the side of the hotel. So what should be an afternoon at the Christmas markets, changed into an afternoon of showing payment proof and getting “but it is not paid” in return. Rooms are neat enough, but stink enormously of cigarette smoke. Leaving a window open no option as you’re right next to a railway. So all in all, skip this one and try another!

Poor value for money.

Poor facilities. Room on 4th floor and lift was unservicable meaning a very long climb with 3 peoples baggage. Room very small for 3 people, smell of drains. Aircon not working meaning poor ventilation. Allevated by having window open but as hotel backed onto railway line meant either no sleep from constant noise or suffocation from lack of ventilation. Very overpriced for what we recieved, would have gone to Holiday Inn Express over the road if had not already paid for this accomodation in advance.

We kwamen vroeger aan dan de incheck tijd. Toen werd ons gezegd dat de kamer om 14:30 gereed zou zijn. Geen probleem we wilden toch nog even de stad in. Toen we 16:30 aankwamen bleek de kamer nog niet gereed en hebben we daar nog 3 kwartier moeten wachten. Heel vervelend met 2 kinderen die moe waren.

Bij aankomst mochten we pas om 12u de parkeergarage in. De medewerker van het hotel was onvriendelijk door de intercom. De kamer was okee maar in de douchecabine lagen nog veel haren dus was deze niet goed schoongemaakt.

Personal ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer werden gerade Etagenweise renoviert und sind daher neu. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit zu Bügeln, daher für mich für eine Geschäftsreise ungeeignet . Die Zimmer wurden bei drei Nächten nicht gereinigt.

Ailecek bu otelde kaldık ancak temizlik konusunda çok sıkıntı yaşadık. 5 gün kaldık ve bir gün olsun yer temizliği bile yapılmadı 4 gün sadece çarşaf ve battaniyeleri toplanmış halde bulduk. Kahvaltı çok sınırlıydı istemeden ürünler bile getirilmiyordu. Bi de tabi son gece yangın alarm sorunu yaşadık çocuklarla beraber 1 saate yakın o soğukta dışarda kalmak zorunda kaldık. Genel olarak kaldığım en kötü otel diyebilirim. Hiç bir şekilde tavsiye etmem.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war absolut unfreundlich. Ich habe selten so ein Personal erlebt. Die Aussage: „ Ich gehe jetzt in die Küche, sonst haben Sie morgen nichts zum Frühstück“ ist absolut dreist. Nicht hilfsbereit, man fühlte nicht nicht willkommen. Schade. Das Hotel ist eine reinste Baustelle. Überall im Zimmer Flecken. Rezeption gefühlt nie besetzt.

Der Check-In war gut und unproblematisch. Das Zimmer war nicht so toll. Auf dem Teppich neben dem Bett war ein großer Fleck (Erbrochenes??). Das Badezimmer war auch nur mittelmäßig sauber. Teilweise lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger herum. Was absolut gar nicht ging, war die Temperatur im Zimmer. Es waren gefühlt fast 30°C und auch langes Lüften half nicht wirklich. Eine Beschwerde bei der Reption, aufgrund der nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage, war leider erfolglos. Da das Hotel zur einen Seite zur Bahn und zur anderen Seite zur Hauptstraße liegt, konnte man das Fenster nicht auf lassen. Das Schlafen mit 4 Personen bei fast 30°C und ohne Klimaanlage war dementsprechend.
