Excellent view from the room and the definitely worth the price. The staff are very helpful and polite. Dining options are limited in the hotel and it takes a bus ride to get to Duress for a decent option other than the hotel to eat.

I stayed for a week in Sol tropikal. Overall I like the cleanliness of the rooms however the staff seemed a bit serious and the hospitality is not that good. I liked the staff in the restaurant they were very friendly tho. The bathroom every time we take a shower in it it leaks and leaves the floor full of water so that needs some fixing.

Comfortable stay,beach was better than Durres standard as it was cleaned and fenced off. Towels were a bit of a hassle, a couple of hours went walking to the reception and getting the response that there will be towels in 10minutes. A better solution would be to have the towels at the pool. The food was ok, would not want to stay more than the 5days we were there though,the kids got really tired of pizza,pasta and burgers as they did not appreciate the other food. We almost always found something that was good on the buffet. Also would appreciate if icecream at the pool were included in all inclusive.

I recently enjoyed an amazing four-night stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool and private beach exceeded my expectations, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a full sea view room in celebration of my brother's birthday, complete with a lovely fruit platter as a welcome gesture. Waking up to that breathtaking view every morning was truly a highlight of our trip! I must add the entertainment team made the evenings one to look forward to with their goofy and entertaining performances! The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to main roads, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Overall the hotel was nice, but for rooms that are only a few years old they are poorly maintained and need better cleaning. The reception didn't accept American Express and they also didn't accept digital cards for tap-to-pay so you needed to have the physical card which was another inconvenience. The pool was kept clean, the beach was very busy on weekends and nice and quiet on the week days. The beach condition was kept clean but it would be great to have better facilities like a beach bar. Overall 4/5 for a hotel in Albania. I hope to see more improvements and more competition in the coming years.

One adult with 2 children. Had 2 small bottles of water in the room. Upon asking for more water to take to the room, i was informed i would need to pay for this. Not great when i could ask for milk for my tea for free. I looked in the room menu for the fridge there was no pricing for water so not sure how this has come about. Food options weren't that great but ok. Not hot but warm at times not sure if the options had been seeved earlier in the day and kept for supper time. Unfortunately you're not able to watch the tv full screen as it keeps reverting after a minute or 2 to a smaller screen neither can you cast your phone to watch a program. The staff were always smiling, front of house were charming and a bit of a shame that we went end of season so not much entertainment.

Bar in restaurant only had one flat prosecco which I sent back as it was vile. They said that they had no alternative. One of the swimming pools was thick with stagnant algi and pute green, so we couldnt use it

We enjoy staying at this hotel, but we encountered air conditioning issues in both our first and last rooms. In our first room, the air conditioning stopped working after a day, there was no telephone, and each twin bed had only one pillow. After waiting for over an hour, the hotel moved us to another room, where everything was fine. Also, the room was not properly cleaned—the area near the toilet had a strong urine smell upon arrival, and there was visible black dirt in the sink. Later, we decided to book an extra night since our flight was at midnight. While checking out and checking back in went smoothly, we once again faced air conditioning problems in our final room. Although a telephone was present, there was no cable to connect it to the line. Since we planned to be out all day and leave at 9 PM, we didn’t raise these issues further. When checking out, we informed the receptionist about the air conditioning and telephone problems of Room 1115, as they could be an issue for future guests. We strongly recommend the hotel inspect the air conditioning and telephone functionality in the older building and improve cleaning standards to enhance the overall guest experience.

Rent rum, ej lyhört, bra frukostutbud för att vara utomlands. Fanns en del glutenfritt på frukosten vilket var toppen. Jättefina poolområden. Trevlig personal. Bra ala carte restaurang.

Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches und unkompliziertes Personal. Waren 3 Std vor Check-in da und dürften die Anlage und den Pool benützen. Sehr schönes Anlage und grosses Saubere Pools. Wir haben nur 1 Nacht gebucht, das Frühstück Büffet war gross und hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können diesen Hotel/Resort wärmstens Empfehlen. Pershendetje, Struga/Zürich

Das Hotel und die Anlage an sich war echt schön. Zimmer und Ausblick ebenfalls. Die Speisen waren allerdings international gehalten und es gab kaum albanische Gerichte. Und es gab leider fast auch jeden Tag das selbe Essen. Die Lage vom Hotel ist auch eher abgelegen. Im Umkreis kann man nicht wirklich was unternehmen. Man muss mit dem Bus oder Taxi ins Zentrum fahren. Auf der Hotelanlage gibt es einen Pool der zum Hotel dazu gehört (kostenfrei) und einen privaten an dem viel Musik gespielt wird. Dieser ist allerdings mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gebaut und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Um so mehr ist es schade, dass das Personal teils ziemlich inkompetent ist. Das Buffet ist wenig abwechslungsreich, die Tische sind ständig voll, da das Geschirr nicht abgeräumt wird und an der Rezeption sind die Mitarbeiter kaum aussagefähig und wenig hilfsbereit.
