It turned out the TV was not compatible and not connected to the internet. It wasn’t the one listed as an amenity. The ice machines were not working and not on every floor and only one elevator was operating. My wife is used to high standards at a Hyatt and was sorely disappointed with this location. It’s a tired old hotel. "
