"A very comfortable country pub, with great food, top chef and well kept beer. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My room was a tad small and basic but the bathroom was modern and hey this is a 16th century building and I enjoyed my stay."

"The White Horse was a beautiful place, very welcoming. The very clean 'chalets' were out the back of the hotel so you weren't disturbed by the road or the bar. The staff were just superb, always very helpful and courteous, nothing was ever to demanding. The breakfasts were outstanding. I fully recommend the full English! Will certainly stay there again if ever in that neck of the woods."
