It mentions there is a bar at the hotel. There is no bar. What it means is there is a room where you can bring your own beer/wine that you’ve bought elsewhere. "Noisiest hotel room I have ever had! Hotel is located at the intersection (traffic circle) of two very busy roads which made our room VERY NOISY. In addition, Saturday night there was a DJ in the bar until 12:30 and the music was very loud in our room!"
