"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"It's ideal as a well placed base. It's not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination but it's warm and clean. I didn't use the restaurant facilities as much cheaper options very close by. Well placed for the railway and bus stations. Have stopped here three times now, probably will do so again next year as well"
