"First of all it turns out that the hotel is on top of the check in lines for the airlines. You can see them from the hotel lobby. Luggage carts are right at the check in for the hotel. One elevator ride with your luggage to the carts, a second different elevator to check in and you are there. I thought the hotel was priced too high. I had prepaid $630 for one night. Since I had a very early flight, I just did it anyway. I don't know if the rates would be better if the big soccer matches were...

"The place was clean, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, the pool was warm and the room spacious."

"Wonderful staff, considerate and helpful. 10 min walk to night market. Nice indoor heated pool with a good size water slide. Only con is depending on what side of the hotel your room is, you may hear the planes flying by and/or the metros going by."

"Great value for airport hotel! Bed & bathroom were clean. AC/heater was an old school one that most value hotels have. Staff was super kind and helpful when I had a horrible flight and did a late night check in. Breakfast was meh, coffee downstairs was good (I refuse to use room coffee makers, personally) Fridge was huge! Again, really great value!"

"Our room could have been cleaner under the bed and around the furniture but overall we were happy. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom toiletries provided were nice. The surrounding area was not as bad as we read online, and we parked in the public area behind the building with no issues. I would stay here again for the price."

However, it did feel like there was a strong push to pay for early check-in, otherwise rooms weren't readily available. The shuttle service was a mixed experience. One driver came across as quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy, which made for an unpleasant ride. The front desk team made check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained.
