Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about Austin, restaurants, museums...assistance in any way with hotel needs. There's even a real newspaper delivered every day!! Stay connected with news and the world!! Two tiny comments. My room that was end has somewhat weak water pressure; I'm sure that can and will be fixed. And, the coffee place next door, Jo's is funky and nice...
